Affiliated with KAYIGROUP which is the apple of Turkish tourism’s eye and a pioneer, SKY Airlines is an airline company located in Antalya and been issued rights , by the Ministry of Transportation, to carry scheduled and charted passengers. Following the foundation of SKY establishment at the end of year 2000, it started its commercial flights. With its experienced and expert staff within the organization, it offers high quality and reliable service to customers that are tour operators by flying to more than 100 different destinations including Europe and West Asian countries. According to the latest data, it has flown a total of 190,000 hours, carried 9,500,000 passengers with its six B737-400, four B737-800, two A320-211, one A321-231, one A320-232 and two B737-900ER planes. It puts emphasis on internal and vocational training and has been authorized by all the international and national civil aviation authorizations such as SKY, ICAO, FAA, JAA and IATA and operates according to their instructions.
SKY Airlines has received an ISO9001:2000 certificate as of August 2003, a ISO9001:2008 and IOSA certificate in 2009 from the TÜV Rheinland company. SKY Airlines, has build a very modern management and technical maintenance facility, first in Turkey, on a 4,000m2 of area, 2,000m2 of it being an indoor facility, at the Antalya Airport. With this, SKY Airlines has gathered all of its operations and maintenance units under one roof and has had the opportunity to work alongside their aircrafts. Constantly growing management of our Company, in order to be sufficient for international competition, along with new investment and growing capacity, felt the the need to document sufficeincy with a certificate. After a long labor, our company was found qualified and received the ISO 9001: 2000 Certification on June 2003 from TUV Rheinland. In 2009, again by Rheinland company, an inspection had been performed and our company was qualified with ISO 9001:2008 Certificate and secured the flight safety and service quality continuously. Our company was found qualified and recieved the IOSA certification on November 2008, with the followed inspection in 2010, certificate was prolonged until 2012. At the same time SKY Airlines is the first airline company in Turkey which has got EASA Part 145 Certificate.
