We noticed that while increasing the number of data fields to the modules available in the system, the record overview was negatively affected due to lots of data and panels within the record. In order to regain a clear overview of data the ” airline”, “assigned to”, “status” and “priority “information has been moved outside the data panels.
Also the communication panel, files, tasks, notes, contacts and file sharing information have been moved outside the data panel and have been put in individual tabs. By having individual tabs a more clear data overview has been created and a clear overview within the individual tabs have been created at the same time.
Communication has now been centralized into one single module. By using the send message module data can be shared with business partners or send by email. At the same time a new communication can be started and contacts can be selected by using the introduced address book. The address book module is now operational for every account with three levels of organizing contacts – Personal, Department and Organization-wide
An enhanced tasks system is introduced. Task can now be allocated to departments or users and notifications are sent to users assigned to those tasks. Our current version also supports predefined tasks with timeframes set per record type allowing you to easily select tasks and add them to your record.
For airlines whom are using our platform for decentralized claim handling we have introduced a new feature allowing you to setup stations within your account with their own contacts. Claims still can be notified to the headoffice automatically and/or claims can be assigned to headoffice or other stations within your account.
