LOT Cargo, the freight division of LOT Polish Airlines, has signed up per 1 December 2019, for the Cargo Claims Loss Prevention Program developed by CargoHub BV.  The period of December will be used for the implementation, training and setup of the LOT Cargo Claims portal which will become fully operational on 1st of January 2020.

The Cargo Claims platform offers a standardized and optimized process, enabling Airline to deliver the highest standards in regard to the customer services aspect of claims handling.  The Cargo Claims portal for LOT Cargo will enable customer to submit, update and track the status of their claim in real-time.  Members of the CCLP program contribute to the standardization of the claims handling process within the air cargo industry by providing expertise and requirement for further development of the platform.
