CHAMP Cargosystems and CargoClaims collaborate to improve the air cargo customer experience

CargoClaims and CHAMP Cargosystems have recently been working together with the result that several Cargospot carriers have signed for the claims platform. Carriers have been attracted by the standardized claims processing of CargoClaims which helps their forwarder and shipper clients to quickly resolve claims in a consistent way across multiple carriers. The solution was recognized by IATA at its first cargo innovation awards.
