Update to the Cargo Service Recovery Module
Tracer field
In order to create instant overview on initiated activities for tracing actvities next to the overall remarks box a new ‘tracer” field has been created combined with checkboxes for number of tracer and final tracing stage.
Grid overview
By adding this field in the grid instant overview can be created on for example number of outstanding days, latest file update and number of tracer activities on specific recovery files.
An unlimited number of views can be defined in order to create customized view enabling monitoring on cargo service recovery aspects according to your organization requirements.
Calculated involved pieces and weight
Fields manifested weight and received weight have been added. Number of pieces and weight involved in regard to the recovery will be calculated based on selected recovery aspect for exmaple MSCA. ( planned update 10 march 2016)
