AirBridgeCargo Airlines Joins IATA Innovation Awarded Claims Platform

As per January 1st 2019, we welcome AirBridgeCargo Airlines LLC as new member to the IATA Innovation awarded CargoClaims platform. The newly formed cooperation is based on the two parties’ vision to strive for an improved claims handing process and simultaneously increase the customer experience. CargoClaims covers the airline’s global cargo network and allows any forwarders or direct shippers to quickly resolve claims in a consistent way.

The eCargo Claims portal for Airbridge Cargo will soon be made available to the public and will include the latest features to deliver the best customer experience.
